Clean Eatz Franchise Development SMS Terms of Service

These SMS Terms of Service (“SMS Terms”) govern your participation in the Clean Eatz franchise development text messaging program. By submitting a franchise inquiry and opting in to receive SMS communications, you agree to these SMS Terms.
1. Program Description
Clean Eatz Franchise, LLC operates an SMS communications program exclusively for prospective franchisees who have submitted an inquiry through our franchise development website. This program is separate from any Clean Eatz consumer SMS program. Messages sent through this program relate solely to your franchise inquiry and may include:
- Confirmation that your franchise inquiry has been received.
- Follow-up communications from our franchise development team.
- Information about the Clean Eatz franchise opportunity, investment requirements, and available territories.
- Invitations to discovery days, informational calls, or franchise development events.
- Status updates throughout the franchise evaluation process.
2. How to Opt In
You opt into this SMS program by submitting your mobile phone number through our franchise inquiry form and checking the SMS consent checkbox. By doing so, you represent that:
- You are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided.
- You are 18 years of age or older.
- You consent to receive text messages from Clean Eatz related to your franchise inquiry.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of submitting a franchise inquiry or receiving consideration as a franchise candidate.
3. Message Frequency & Rates
Frequency: Message frequency will vary based on your inquiry status and stage in the franchise development process. You will not receive high-frequency recurring marketing messages.
Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. Clean Eatz is not responsible for any fees charged by your wireless carrier.
Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. How to Opt Out
You may cancel SMS communications at any time. To opt out:
- Reply STOP to any Clean Eatz franchise development text message.
- Contact our franchise development team directly at info@cleaneatz.com and request removal.
Upon receipt of a valid opt-out keyword, we will send one final confirmation message. No further SMS messages will be sent after that confirmation. Opting out of SMS does not withdraw your franchise inquiry – our team may still follow up by phone or email unless you request otherwise.

6. SMS Service Provider
Clean Eatz uses Twilio, Inc. to deliver SMS messages. Twilio processes message data on our behalf. Your mobile number and consent records will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Twilio’s privacy policy is available at www.twilio.com/legal/privacy.
7. Compliance
This SMS program is operated in compliance with:
- The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227.
- CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices.
- FCC rules governing SMS and automated messaging.
- A2P 10DLC registration requirements for U.S. business text messaging.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clean Eatz shall not be liable for delays or failures in SMS delivery caused by third-party carriers or Twilio, unauthorized access to your messages, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your participation in this program. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to opt out pursuant to Section 4.
9. Modifications
Clean Eatz reserves the right to modify or discontinue this SMS program at any time. Updated SMS Terms will be posted at the Clean Eatz franchise development website. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These SMS Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wilmington, North Carolina.

These SMS Terms should be read alongside the Clean Eatz Franchise Development SMS Privacy Policy, available here. In the event of any conflict, these SMS Terms control with respect to SMS-specific matters.
