THE CASE FOR CLEAN EATZ

MORE THAN A RESTAURANT. A MOVEMENT YOU CAN OWN.

Anyone can sell you a franchise. We’d rather show you why this one is different, then let you decide for yourself.

See for Yourself

This is Our Why

Hear directly from Don and Evonne Varady on why they started Clean Eatz, and what “We Change Livez” actually means day to day.

A SMARTER RESTAURANT MODEL

BUILT DIFFERENT FROM THE GROUND UP

Most fast casual and quick service restaurant brands ask you to bet on one menu and hope the daypart holds up. Clean Eatz was built with a different model from day one.

Traditional QSR / Fast Casual Clean Eatz
Ways to earn One core menu, catering Five: meal plans, grab-n-go, café, retail, catering
Hours Early open, late close, all-day grind Condensed daypart, roughly 11am–7pm
Equipment Fryers, heavy kitchen build-out No fryers, smaller equipment package*
Labor Larger crews, high turnover roles Lean labor model*
Customer relationship One transaction at a time Recurring: weekly meal plans build in repeat revenue
What you compete on Price and speed Health, education and community

*See Item 7 of the Franchise Disclosure Document for details on investment and operating costs.

You’re not opening another place to grab lunch. You’re opening the place your community turns to for how they actually want to eat.

PEOPLE OVER PROFIT

We’re heart-driven to
change livez

Clean Eatz is more than a restaurant that offers healthy food. We’re heart-driven to change livez through clean, balanced food, thought-provoking education and motivational support that inspires results. We know personal wellness isn’t one-size-fits-all, so we craft nutritional products and fitness opportunities that meet the needs of every type of lifestyle.

When you open a Clean Eatz, your restaurant becomes something your community can’t get anywhere else: a place that’s actually on their side.

(P.E.O.P.L.E.): Principle. Empower. Ownership. Passion. Lifestyle. Epic.

You Have Questions

We have answers

What training do Clean Eatz franchisees receive?

Training happens in person in Wilmington, North Carolina before your café opens. Uniquely, it’s currently delivered one-on-one rather than in a group class, so the program adapts to your background and focuses on what you specifically need to be successful. It covers orientation, café layout and design, marketing, basic finance and management, POS and technology, and hands-on operations.

Not necessarily. Restaurant experience helps, but franchisees also come from fitness and wellness, manufacturing and operations, multi-unit management, and military backgrounds. What matters most is leadership, community engagement, and willingness to follow a proven system. Training is built to fill the gaps.

Support continues well past opening day: operations guidance, marketing support and local store marketing playbooks, supply chain and vendor relationships, technology systems, and an accessible corporate team. You’re in business for yourself, but not by yourself.

A typical Clean Eatz café runs roughly 1,800–2,400 square feet, a compact footprint compared to a full-service restaurant, which helps keep occupancy costs manageable while still supporting café, grab-n-go, and meal plan operations.

No. The menu is built around streamlined, systemized prep rather than complex scratch cooking, and there are no fryers in the kitchen, which means a smaller equipment package and a simpler operation than a traditional restaurant. You don’t need culinary training.

Clean Eatz cafés operate a condensed daypart, generally around 11am to 7pm. That’s a meaningful quality-of-life difference from restaurant concepts that run breakfast through late night.

A Clean Eatz café runs with a lean team, with lighter staffing than most full-service restaurant concepts, supported by systemized prep and integrated technology.

More relevant, not less. The rise of GLP-1 medications has shifted what a large group of consumers wants from food: smaller portions, higher protein, and real nutritional density. That is what a Clean Eatz meal plan has always been. Clean Eatz meals are built as a way of eating you can sustain rather than a short-term fix, and the menu leans on flavor and variety so people stay with it. The demand behind the category is broadening, not narrowing.
